I'm a certified AI consultant, marketing leader, and business owner with 14 years running a fitness and wellness business. I built AI Brand Fit because I understand what you're dealing with - and I know most AI solutions weren't designed for how we actually work.

Why I Built AI Brand Fit

After 25 years in marketing leadership and 14 years running Bounce Fitness Club, I learned something important: the people selling AI solutions to small business owners have never actually run a small business.

When I relocated Bounce Fitness from Atlanta to Louisville, I had to rebuild everything from scratch. I didn't have a tech team. I didn't have unlimited time to 'figure out' new platforms. I had clients who needed me, a business to run, and zero margin for error.

So I started implementing AI the only way that made sense - strategically, incrementally, and always with the question: does this amplify what makes my brand human, or replace it?

That became the foundation for AI Brand Fit. Every system I build for clients is something I've tested in my own business first. Every strategy session draws from real experience, not theory.

I built this because wellness professionals deserve AI consulting from someone who actually understands what it's like to be maxed out on time, revenue-capped, and committed to staying authentic while trying to grow

On a personal note, I live in Louisville with my husband and our dog Bailey.
